✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns for 5-6 clients across industries.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 PR executives, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry professionals.
• Create compelling press releases, media pitches, thought leadership content, and campaign strategies.
• Secure media coverage and manage press outreach across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Handle crisis communication strategies and ensure effective brand reputation management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated brand-building efforts, including digital marketing.
• Strategize content for client campaigns across PR and digital platforms.
• Track and analyse media coverage, campaign performance, and share insights with clients.
• Support client acquisition and business development efforts, including proposal preparation and presentations.
• Stay updated with PR trends and industry insights, proactively suggesting innovative strategies.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in an agency setup.
• Proven track record of managing multiple clients simultaneously (5–6 at one point).
• Strong media relations with the ability to secure coverage across sectors.
• Prior experience with tech clients - fintech, edtech, consumer tech, health tech, IT tech.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in client servicing, relationship management, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in PR tools, media databases, and reporting analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and crisis management skills.
• A proactive, strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
