Job Vacancy – 4-Wheeler Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Mechanical Service Advisor to join our automobile service team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of 4-wheeler vehicles, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate between customers and the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive customers and accurately understand vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and prepare detailed job cards with repair recommendations.
• Explain repair requirements, maintenance schedules, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Prepare estimates, obtain customer approvals, and manage service documentation.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-up activities professionally.
• Promote preventive maintenance and value-added services.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and workshop procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum experience in a Service Advisor role within a 4-wheeler automobile workshop/service centre.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, workshop supervisors, and management.
• Good computer skills for job card preparation, invoicing, and service management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment and achieve service targets.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
