Role: Desktop Support L1

Location - Hosur, Karnataka

Job Description

• Expert level understanding of Windows (all versions), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and advanced system administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), this includes advanced troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement. Also be familiar with BIOS/UEFI.
• In depth understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix) for desktop management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in MS Office outlook, MS teams configuration and troubleshooting’s.
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues
• Expertise in troubleshooting and supporting video conferencing hardware and software.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely to non-technical VIP users.
• Good knowledge in networking devices Configuration (Switches, Routers)
• Knowledge in Hard disk encryption tools like Bit Locker and other encryption application (Ex: Symantec PGP etc.)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
