In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance tracking of our digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. Working alongside the Advertising Director, you will help bring our media strategy to life, scale paid channels profitably, and drive measurable impact on business growth, conversion, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Amazon, Meta, and emerging platforms
- Own daily/weekly campaign performance tuning, including budget pacing and bid strategy adjustments
- Set up and QA tracking pixels and conversion events across channels
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and formats to improve results
- Monitor campaign pacing, flag issues, and implement solutions in real-time
- Report on performance KPIs and collaborate on insights and next steps
- Leverage AI tools to automate campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and creative testing
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Assist in executing CRO tests on landing pages and funnels
- Collaborate with the Advertising Director on roadmap planning, user behaviour analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate with creative/dev teams to implement and validate CRO strategies
Strategic Growth & Experimentation
- Contribute to the discovery and testing of new advertising platforms or ad formats
- Support ROI forecasting for new media investments
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify opportunities to differentiate and grow our media presence
- Apply learnings from emerging AI capabilities to guide experimentation with new platforms, formats, and growth strategies
Revenue Growth & Post-Purchase
- Support upsell/cross-sell campaign strategies to improve Average Order Value (AOV)
- Set up post-purchase campaign flows and reporting dashboards to track performance (leverage AI where appropriate)
- Lead the analysis of test outcomes to draw actionable insights
- Use AI-based analytics platforms to surface insights and drive data-informed decisions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media management (DTC e-commerce preferred)
- Deep platform expertise with Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking tools (GA4, GTM, etc.)
- Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns and scaling ad accounts
- A strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data interpretation, and optimization
- Familiarity with CRO best practices and collaboration with creative/dev teams
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
- High-impact performer that produces visible progress in business performance
- Follows through on commitments and persists through obstacles
- Maintains high performance standards with a goal of continuous improvement and learning
