Associate Director - Marketing & Communications

As an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the brand and profile in India through effective execution of marketing and communications strategies. You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communications in Asia and primarily focus on the Indian market. Your ability to develop campaigns that support the marketing plan and work with senior stakeholders will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan and calendar for India.
• Advise business teams on communications and marketing activities.
• Evaluate business cases and requests for marketing spend.
• Contribute to processes, systems, and tools for best practice marketing.
• Lead external communications activities including award submissions, social media, and collateral.
• Manage media relations and prepare press releases and public-facing materials.
• Develop internal communication strategy and create engaging content for various channels.
• Track and demonstrate ROI of communications activities.
• Lead and coach small teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Relevant degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in corporate marketing/communications.
• Familiarity with construction consultancy, advisory, legal, architecture, or real estate industries is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead small teams and inspire high-quality work.
• Strong PC skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of dotmailer and Foleon is advantageous.
