Role: IT Learning Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging training (virtual, in-person, and deskside) on business-critical software tools
• Design and maintain learning materials, guides, and multimedia content
• Partner with IT and business teams to align training with real-world workflows
• Act as a productivity coach, helping users optimize tools for daily tasks
• Support advanced user issues beyond Tier 1/2 help desk scope
• Build and manage learning paths within an LMS
• Promote best practices and drive adoption across teams

Core Tech & Skills:

• Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneNote
• Windows 11 & modern browser tools
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Training tools (Camtasia, SnagIt, Captivate)
• End-user software training & curriculum design
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Troubleshooting & productivity optimization

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
