Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Location: Bethesda, MD (onsite 3-4 days per week)

Schedule: 40 hours per week (full-time, permanent)

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 per year plus bonus

Our client, a large real estate investment trust, is looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to their growing team. This opportunity sits in the client's Bethesda, MD headquarters 3-4 days a week. AP management and Yardi experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a staff of accounts payable specialists
• Coordinate all end of month accruals and reconciliations as needed between the AP system and the General Ledger
• Incorporate best practices in Procure-to-Pay process to drive efficiency and reduce processing timeline
• Verify that all vouchers and daily responsibilities are executed in an effective and efficient manner

Skills

• 8+ years of experience of management experience within Accounts Payable
• Real estate industry experience
• Experience with Yardi is required
• Bachelors Degree preferred
