Senior Financial Analyst (Strategic FP&A)
Location: Washington, DC (5 days onsite; potential 1 day remote after onboarding)
Compensation: $100–115K
Overview
A highly visible FP&A team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support long-range planning, complex financial modeling, and strategic decision-making initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive insights around profitability, program performance, and enterprise-wide financial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Support long-range planning and scenario analysis for executive leadership
- Analyze profitability across business units and programs
- Translate large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational leaders
- Support migration and optimization of financial planning systems
Qualifications
