Role Overview
Turing is seeking skilled Private Equity professionals to collaborate with our researchers in enhancing the efficacy of AI models. You will leverage your expertise in deal sourcing, due diligence, leveraged buyout (LBO) analysis, and maximizing portfolio value to assess and refine AI systems. What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
- Assess LLM models focusing on private equity subjects like LBO structuring, deal screening, operational value enhancement, and exit strategy exploration.
- Develop rubrics to evaluate model performance in areas such as fund return modeling (IRR, MOIC), due diligence strategies, and portfolio company analysis.
- Work closely with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to refine training methodologies, assessment techniques, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Private Equity (including buyout funds, growth equity, distressed investing, or PE advisory).
- Solid understanding of LBO modeling, deal assessment, portfolio company management, and fund economics.
- Exceptional English written communication skills.

- CFA (Level I/II/III), CPA, or an MBA in Finance.
