Role Overview (Strictly Thane-based)

The Project Engineer – Renewable Energy will support solar and hybrid project development, engineering coordination, performance analysis, documentation, and multi-stakeholder project execution.

This role is exclusively for academically strong, experienced, and highly capable candidates residing in Thane District.

Key Responsibilities | प्रमुख जबाबदाऱ्या

• Preparation and review of DPRs, Feasibility Reports & Techno-Economic Studies
• Perform energy yield calculations, modelling, and system assessments
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams for project execution
• Prepare dashboards, MIS updates, presentations, and technical documentation
• Support Technical Due Diligence, quality checks, and audit readiness
• Assist in preparing BOQs, bid documents, and RFP support materials
• Conduct data validation, progress tracking, and site-related coordination

Candidate Profile | उमेदवार प्रोफाइलEducation | शैक्षणिक पात्रता

• B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Energy Engineering)
• Minimum CGPA: 7.5 (or 75% equivalent)
• No ATKT / No backlogs (past or pending)

Experience | अनुभव

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Renewable Energy Consulting
• Solar EPC / EPCM
• Technical Coordination
• Project Engineering

Technical Skills | तांत्रिक कौशल्ये

• Very strong analytical and numerical ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, documentation
• Exposure to AutoCAD, PVsyst, or equivalent tools preferred
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, layouts, and BOQs

Communication & Behavioural Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of intelligence, clarity, and logical reasoning
• Strong professional discipline and organisational capabilities
• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination independently
