We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our digital presence across platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate understands the hospitality ecosystem and knows how to convert brand stories into engagement, leads, and business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand goals
• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence (branding, hiring, B2B visibility, thought leadership)
• Plan monthly content calendars including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns
• Collaborate with design, photography, and video teams for high-quality content
• Write compelling captions, headlines, and CTAs suitable for hospitality audiences
• Monitor trends in food, hospitality, and digital marketing
• Manage LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads (basic to intermediate level)
• Track analytics, insights, and KPIs; prepare performance reports
• Handle online reputation, comments, DMs, and community engagement
• Coordinate with operations, HR, and marketing teams for campaigns (hiring, launches, events)

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist / Manager
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing (organic + paid)
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or service industry preferred
• Knowledge of content strategy, branding, and storytelling
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead funnels
• Excellent communication and planning skills
