Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Arts & Science graduates who are interested in building a career in the mechanical manufacturing industry as CNC Machine Operators. Candidates will receive training in operating CNC machines, understanding production processes, and maintaining quality standards in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and operate CNC machines under supervisor guidance
• Load and unload raw materials/components into machines
• Monitor machine operations and production quality
• Perform basic measurements using gauges and measuring instruments
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment
• Report machine issues or defects to supervisors
• Support the production and maintenance team as required

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Arts & Science Degree (BA, BSc, BCom, etc.)
• Freshers or candidates willing to shift into the mechanical field
• Interest in machine operations and manufacturing processes
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts if required

• Positive attitude toward industrial work
