About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to help build scalable, enterprise-grade AI applications. In this role, you will design and develop high-performance backend services, AI-powered data pipelines, modern APIs, and intuitive frontend interfaces while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in backend engineering, experience building AI/LLM-enabled applications, and the ability to work across the full technology stack when required. You will collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, architects, and frontend developers to deliver robust software solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks.
• Build enterprise AI applications integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop data ingestion, processing, indexing, and retrieval pipelines for AI-powered applications.
• Design and optimize relational and vector database schemas.
• Build event-driven and asynchronous systems using modern messaging technologies.
• Develop responsive frontend components and integrate them with backend services.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models into production applications.
• Design secure, maintainable, and versioned APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure access to enterprise systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build monitoring, logging, and observability into production systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in backend development using Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js with TypeScript.
• Experience developing modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience developing production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working with relational databases and caching technologies.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, or SAML.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, and system scalability.
