Job Description
We are seeking both part-time and full-time Strength & Conditioning Coaches to join our team.
In this role, you will lead strength and conditioning-based group training sessions, provide personalized one-on-one coaching, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will work with clients of varying fitness levels, helping them build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits.
This role offers the opportunity to grow within the studio through personal training opportunities, commission on group sales, and support for certifications and continuing education.
The ideal candidate is passionate about strength training and coaching, enjoys working with women, and is committed to helping clients progress safely and effectively. Availability during evenings and at least one weekend day is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strength and conditioning-based group training sessions, including TRX and functional strength classes.
- Provide one-on-one and small group coaching tailored to individual goals and abilities.
- Coach proper movement mechanics, lifting technique, and strength training fundamentals.
- Create a welcoming, supportive, and motivating training environment for all clients.
- Track client progress and adjust programs to ensure continued development.
- Support clients in building confidence, consistency, and long-term fitness habits.
- Foster a strong sense of community and connection within the studio.
- Participate in studio events, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Strength & Conditioning certification (required).
- Experience coaching strength training and resistance training programs.
- Experience working with women and general population clients is highly valued.
- TRX certification is a bonus or willingness to obtain certification.
- Nutrition coaching knowledge or certification is an asset.
- Must love dogs! Gnocchi, our bulldog mascot, is an integral part of the team.
- Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Available evenings and at least one weekend day.
