Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the construction sector (builders, contractors, architects, etc.).
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.
• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or internal systems.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in construction/building materials industry
• Freshers with strong aptitude for sales may be considered

Compensation

An attractive fixed salary + Performance based incentives for every closure.

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Flexibility Required for urgency / client requirements.
