Job Description

As a Manager/Asst. Manager in the field of Exhibition and Trade Show Industry focusing on International Business, your role will involve business generation and account management for International Markets. Your responsibilities will include concept selling, account mapping for exhibit designs, lead generation, B2B sales, corporate sales, and client coordination. It is essential for you to have good international exposure and be willing to travel abroad to Europe & USA for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Additionally, you will interact with a team of architects, designers, and marketing & projects team. Knowledge of foreign languages such as German, French, or Spanish is preferred, and experience in the tradeshow/exhibit industry would be an advantage. Your key responsibilities will include pitching, understanding requirements, and positioning trade show booths to target customers.

Your qualifications should include 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate sales and account management, preferably from top business schools. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a pleasing personality and the ability to remain cool-tempered and handle rejection. You should possess outstanding negotiation skills, the ability to resolve issues and address complaints, and an excellent follow-up and deal-closing attitude.
