Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, AI-driven Senior Visual Designer (1–3 yearsexperience) who can create high-quality, conversion-focused design across brand and producttouchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks sharply, and wants to play akey role in building and scaling modern digital brands.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead design for digital campaigns, social media, emailers, landing pages, and

marketing assets

• Create premium, high-impact visual communication across Volaron’s ecosystem
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to drive brand storytelling

and performance-led design

• Maintain and evolve visual identity systems across brands
• Deliver pixel-perfect, detail-oriented execution with strong design consistency
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, mockups, and production

workflows

• Contribute to conversion-focused creatives and growth experiments

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in visual/graphic design
• A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva
• AI-first mindset with hands-on experience or strong familiarity with tools like ChatGPT,

Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.

• Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership and ability to execute independently
