As an Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager in Sales & Business Development with a leading Financial Services organization in Tamil Nadu, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Acquire new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field sales activities. - Generate business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Promote financial products and investment solutions. - Conduct customer meetings, seminars, and lead-generation activities. - Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers. - Drive revenue growth and business expansion in the assigned territory. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. - Ensure excellent customer service and client retention. - Maintain reports and business records as per company guidelines. Qualifications required for this position include: - Any Graduate (MBA preferred). - 110 years of experience in BFSI Sales, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Proven ability to achieve sales and business targets. - Experience in client acquisition and business development. - NISM / AMFI / IRDA certifications will be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
