Accounts Manager with 6-10 Years of Experience(Mid Level)

• Handle billing as per work orders, AMC/CMC contracts, and milestone-based invoicing
• Track receivables from government departments and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain accurate financial records for all sites and projects
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to government billing
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control
• Handle vendor payments, service partner bills, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with operations, biomedical, and field teams for billing and expense validation
• Support tender documentation, financial eligibility, and audit requirements
• Manage internal and external audits, especially for government projects
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and project profitability reports
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per government norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
