We are seeking a Python Developer Automation Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions, data processing scripts, and scalable backend services using Python and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in core Python development, automation frameworks, web technologies, and CI/CD practices, along with a passion for building efficient, scalable, and secure systems.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer Automation Developer with 3 4 years of hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using Python. The Python Developer Automation Developer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining automation scripts, backend services, and integrated systems across enterprise environments.

The Python Developer Automation Developer will work on complex Python-based codebases, implement new features and automation workflows, and ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met. The Python Developer Automation Developer will collaborate closely with product managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Additionally, the Python Developer Automation Developer will support CI/CD pipelines, integrate APIs and batch processes, and design automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality. The Python Developer Automation Developer will play a critical role in enabling operational efficiency and automation-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python (3 4 years experience).
  • Implement core Python concepts including data structures, control flow, functions, exception handling, and file handling.
  • Build web applications and APIs using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI (2+ years experience).
  • Develop data processing and automation workflows using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Implement web scraping and HTTP integrations using Beautiful Soup or Scrapy.
  • Integrate systems using APIs, event-driven architectures, and batch processes.
  • Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Work in Linux environments for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Model relational databases, optimize SQL queries, and perform performance tuning.
  • Design and implement automated testing using tools such as PyTest or Selenium.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 4 years of experience developing automation solutions using Python.
  • Strong knowledge of core Python concepts (variables, data types, loops, functions, modules).
  • Experience with Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with web frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Web scraping and HTTP protocol knowledge (Beautiful Soup, Scrapy).
  • Experience with SQL, relational database modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in operations research or optimization techniques.
  • Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of RPA tools such as Blue Prism or Power Automate.
  • Experience implementing security best practices including vulnerability scanning.
  • Experience working on complex enterprise automation systems.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Only open to W2 employees.
  • 100% On-site role.
