3. Sales Conversion

• Convert inquiries into purchases effectively
• Upsell and cross-sell products

4. Customer Experience

• Build strong relationships with customers
• Ensure premium showroom experience

5. Billing & Support

• Assist in billing and order processing
• Coordinate with backend team for stock and availability
