Job Details:

Title: Business Intelligence Analyst (III)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 5+ months

Working Schedule: Hybrid (Tue-Thurs) Mon-Fri- Remote

Working Hours: 40hrs/week

Job Description

• As a BI Analyst, you’ll drive the team’s operational excellence. While technically rooted in data modeling/dashboard design, you will act as an internal consultant—optimizing BI processes and infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring impactful stakeholder engagement.

Minimum Qualification:

• Proven project management experience in internal workflows or process improvements. (Other qualifications in JD above)
• Responsibilities:
• Lead Operations: Manage prioritization, internal meetings, and cross-regional "Show and Tell" sessions.
• Optimize Delivery: Own the team’s CSAT process and implement AI solutions to streamline operations and the internal data site.
• Consult & Support: Provide ad-hoc technical support to analysts for dashboard, script, and workflow optimization.
• Automate Processes: Proactively identify and automate recurring tasks and manual work across the BI function.
• Standardize BI: Design solutions that simplify data retrieval and establish team best practices.
