Job Description
Trillium Construction is seeking a Pipe Fitter for a project in Jessup, MD.
Must have strong layout and pipe takeoff skills and prior refrigeration piping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit and prep carbon steel refrigeration piping
- Typical pipe sizes 3/4”–2” Sch. 80 socket weld and 2 1/2”+ Sch. 40 butt weld
- Assist welders and air unit installation
- Operate scissor and boom lifts
- Transport pipe and pipe stands across roof areas
- Maintain clean and safe work area
Pay rate is $36/hour. Per Diem: $125 / day for all 7 days. Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week.

Qualifications
- Pipefitting experience on refrigeration systems
- Strong takeoffs, layout, and measurements
- Comfortable working at heights and on lifts
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen (no site entry screening required)
- Must have all required tools of the trade
