Client Servicing Manager, with expertise in Paid media

We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager ,You will be the bridge between our high-growth clients and our internal specialist teams. This isn't just about "managing" accounts; it’s about becoming a trusted strategic partner for our B2B and B2C clients, ensuring their paid media campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal performance marketing and creative teams to translate client goals into high-impact paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Performance Monitoring: Keep a pulse on campaign KPIs. You don’t need to be the one pulling the levers, but you must be able to explain the "why" behind the numbers to clients.
• Reporting & Insights: Deliver timely, data-driven reports and updates. You should be able to turn complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Project Orchestration: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple accounts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in our fast-paced environment.
• Query Resolution: Proactively address client concerns and provide creative solutions to campaign challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding of digital marketing landscapes, specifically Google and Meta Ads. Familiarity with how video content drives performance is a huge plus.Proven experience in Client Servicing/Account Management within an agency setting.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts without breaking a sweat. High proficiency in CRM tools and project management software is preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
