This role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using modern engineering practices.  Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs </li> <li>Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations </li> <li>Own CI/CD processes using Copado, including pipeline design and optimization </li> <li>Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns and best practices </li> <li>Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or APIs </li> <li>Configure and manage static code analysis of Salesforce code (e.g., Checkmarx, Snyc) and remediation of bugs </li> <li>Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership </li> <li>Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions </li> </ul> Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>8+ years of Salesforce development experience </li> <li>Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and large-scale implementations </li> <li>Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools </li> <li>Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming) </li> <li>Experience with middleware integrations (MuleSoft preferred) </li> </ul> Highly Preferred  <ul> <li>Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications </li> <li>Experience in regulated environments (CMS, Federal) </li> <li>Experience with DevSecOps tools (Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.) </li> <li>Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data360 </li> </ul>       Public Trust Clearance: This role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance.
