The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable RPA solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands on experience in Design, develop, and deploy <strong>RPA &amp; RDA</strong> automation solutions using <strong>Pega Robotics Platform</strong></li> <li>Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort</li> <li>Develop reusable automation components and frameworks</li> <li>Integrate robotic solutions with enterprise applications (web, desktop, mainframe, APIs)</li> <li>Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions</li> <li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows</li> <li>Experienced in providing dependable estimates and contribute towards developing estimation guidelines.</li> <li>Support Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and promote development standards, security policies, &nbsp;and best practices.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers</li> <li>Support production deployments, resolve post-production issues and troubleshoot bot failures</li> <li>Document technical designs, runbooks, deployment notes, and security/controls artifacts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in <strong>RPA &amp; RDA development</strong>, with strong focus on <strong>Pega Robotics Platform</strong></li> <li>Solid understanding of <strong>Pega Platform and Pega BPM concepts</strong></li> <li>Strong experience in <strong>.NET / C# development</strong></li> <li>Experience automating <strong>Web, Windows, and legacy applications</strong></li> <li>Experience implementing automations in environments requiring stringent security, logging, and audit controls.</li> <li>Strong ability to analyze complex workflows, collaborate with SMEs, and translate business and technical requirements into secure, maintainable automations.</li> <li>Ability to independently manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>object cloning, adapters, match rules, and automation design in Pega Robotics</strong></li> <li>Experience with <strong>REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations</strong></li> <li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)</li> <li>Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work across the full SDLC in Agile/DevOps environments</li> <li>Experience working in <strong>cloud environments (MAG, PegaCloud etc)</strong> is a plus</li> <li>Pega certifications (e.g., <strong>Pega Certified Senior System Architect</strong>, <strong>Pega Robotics System Architect</strong>) are preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li> <li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to mentor and guide junior team members</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Why Tria?</strong><br>What defines the Tria brand is more than just our dedication to excellence in our craft; it’s our incredible team of dedicated, talented, and passionate people that make Tria so exceptional.
