This role acts as the bridge between development, QA, and operations, ensuring stable and governed releases across multiple Salesforce orgs.  Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="p1" data-ccp-parastyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"5608de39-acc8-52c5-8723-06e2503f1031|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"3",201342449,"1",469777841,"Times New Roman",469777842,"Times New Roman",469777843,"Times New Roman",469777844,"Times New Roman",201341986,"1",469769226,"Times New Roman",268442635,"24",469775450,"p1",201340122,"2",134233614,"true",469778129,"p1",335572020,"1",335559740,"240",201341983,"0",134233118,"true",134233117,"true",469778324,"Normal"]}">Lead end-to-end release management using Copado across multiple teams and orgs </li> <li>Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and deployment governance </li> <li>Oversee code promotions, release scheduling, and production deployments </li> <li>Resolve complex deployment issues (dependencies, conflicts, environment inconsistencies) </li> <li>Define and enforce DevOps best practices and release standards </li> <li>Manage sandbox strategy, environment lifecycle, and data management </li> <li>Monitor system health and ensure platform stability </li> <li>Collaborate with architects and leadership on release strategy and governance </li> <li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives for automation and release efficiency </li> <li>Mentor junior admins and coordinate across Dev, QA, and business teams </li> </ul> Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>6–8+ years of Salesforce Administration experience </li> <li>Strong expertise in Copado (or equivalent DevOps tools) </li> <li>Deep understanding of CI/CD, version control, and deployment strategies </li> <li>Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and automation </li> <li>Experience managing releases in enterprise/multi-org environments </li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification </li> <li>Copado Fundamentals I & II </li> <li>Experience in Federal/CMS environments </li> <li>Knowledge or experience with Agentforce and Data360 </li> <li>Exposure to security and compliance frameworks </li> </ul>       Public Trust Clearance: This role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance.
