Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care across various specialties, including acute care, pediatrics, and pain management. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care in diverse settings such as hospitals, clinics, and home care environments. The Physician will utilize their expertise in medical terminology, electronic health record systems like Epic and Cerner, and medical office procedures to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions across different age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients
• Administer medications and oversee medication management protocols
• Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and treatment effectiveness
• Provide acute care services, including emergency interventions when necessary
• Engage in research activities to stay current with medical advancements and improve patient outcomes
• Document clinical encounters accurately using electronic health records systems Jane.app
• Coordinate with specialists for specialized care needs, including pain management and home care services
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Participate in medical team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

Skills

• Proven experience in hospital settings with a strong background in acute care and patient care management
• Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection techniques
• Expertise in pain management strategies and pediatric medicine
• Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health record systems
• Previous medical office experience is preferred for seamless clinic operations
• Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Knowledge of home care practices to support patient recovery outside clinical settings
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $93,314.16-$404,655.12 per year
