Job Description

As an HR Admin Specialist at TRG Screen, your role will involve supporting HR processes such as onboarding, data management, documentation, and employee support. You will play a crucial part in scaling the company's culture as it continues to grow. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR Team in India.
  • Maintaining employee records and HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Helping manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, benefits, and general support needs.
  • Assisting with policy documentation, compliance updates, and internal communications.
  • Supporting engagement initiatives, small team events, and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Contributing to reporting, HR dashboards, and process improvements.

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • 34 years of experience in an HR admin role.
  • Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • A self-starter with a 'jump-in-and-help' mentality.
  • Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
