Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics & Dispatch Executive to manage end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between vendors, warehouse, and customers while maintaining the highest standards in handling and delivering premium products.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Oversee storage, organization, and movement of furniture inventory
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records
• Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure proper handling to maintain product quality

Logistics & Dispatch

• Plan and manage delivery schedules and dispatch operations
• Coordinate with transporters and third-party logistics partners
• Optimize routes for cost and time efficiency
• Ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with safety standards

Customer Coordination

• Communicate delivery timelines and updates to customers
• Handle delivery-related queries, delays, or issues professionally
• Coordinate with sales team for seamless customer experience
• Manage VIP deliveries with personalized attention

Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers for timely inward of goods
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners
• Support cost negotiations and service improvements

Process & System Improvement

• Identify operational gaps and improve logistics processes
• Implement tracking systems for real-time delivery updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics/dispatch (furniture or retail preferred)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory systems and logistics tools
• Good communication and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of local transport regulations
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle high-value goods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proactive and solution-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
