Role Description As a Content Journalist Intern at Trendnz, you will support the creation and delivery of content for corporate clients from our Bhubaneswar office. This on-site internship role involves researching current trends, industry news, and brand-related topics to produce accurate, engaging stories and updates. You will assist in drafting news articles, press releases, and short-form content aligned with client guidelines and brand voice. The role may include supporting basic broadcasting or recording tasks, such as preparing scripts or outlines for audio or video segments. You will collaborate with senior writers, editors, and brand managers to refine content, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Writing and News Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and accurate content.
• Ability to draft professional Press Releases that follow journalistic standards and client requirements.
• Solid Research skills to gather, verify, and synthesize information from reliable sources.
• Basic understanding or interest in Broadcasting, including preparing scripts or supporting audio/video content.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with attention to grammar, tone, and detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and interest in brand communications, UGC, and corporate storytelling is an advantage.
