Node js developer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Node.js Developer with 2+ years of experience, who can maintain, improve, and test our existing software systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling backend development, debugging complex issues, and ensuring high software quality through proper testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing systems
• Optimize performance and improve system stability
• Perform unit testing and integration testing
• Conduct manual and automated software testing
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members
• Ensure proper documentation of code and fixes
• Support deployment and production issue resolution

Technical Skills Required :

• Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScrit, TypeScript, reactjs, nextjs.
• Experience with REST APIs development
• Knowledge of MongoDB / MySQL or other databases
• Understanding of Git version control
• Experience in debugging and performance optimization
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies
• Familiarity with PM2, Nginx, docker, kubernetes, Linux server environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows
• Experience working on live production systems
