Senior Salesforce Developer (Contractor / Freelancer)

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead technical implementation and support efforts across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role blends deep technical expertise with a practical understanding of platform governance, integration, and customization in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead architecture design for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Develop Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, and automation flows.
• Manage technical design documentation, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
• Support administrative tasks such as user provisioning, access control, and data hygiene.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into platform solutions.
• 7–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, sandbox management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
