Hiring: English Call Centre Agent (Travel & Hospitality) – 2 Positions
📍 Location: India (Execution Hub)💰 Salary: ₹7.7 LPA + Performance Bonus (Up to 30%)

Mandatory Requirements
- ✅ Excellent spoken and written English (international customer-facing level)
- ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: Hospitality Reservations, Travel Industry, Hotel Booking Operations, International Voice Process
- Customer Service / Call Centre Operations
- ✅ Experience handling phone and email-based customer interactions.
- ✅ Comfortable speaking with UK, European, or international customers.
- ✅ Strong sales, upselling, and cross-selling skills.
- ✅ Willing to work rotational shifts aligned with European business hours.
- ✅ Good computer proficiency and ability to work with reservation systems, CRM platforms, and email tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle English-language reservation enquiries across a large hospitality portfolio.
- Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and guest requests.
- Manage high call volumes during peak periods.
- Support reservation administration and operational tasks.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Hotel reservations experience.
- Travel or tourism industry background.
- Exposure to international customers.
- Revenue-generation mindset.
