Job Description

We are looking for a responsible person to handle customer enquiries and maintain records. The role mainly involves replying to customers on WhatsApp and keeping proper data of enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp in a timely manner
• Share product photos and details with customers
• Maintain enquiry records (name, phone number, product, price, status)
• Do regular follow-ups with interested customers
• Coordinate with the shop team when required

Requirements

• Basic Hindi and simple English communication
• Good WhatsApp handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets is a plus)
• Responsible and disciplined

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Knowledge of cars or auto parts
• Experience in auto parts industry will be preferred
• Candidates with relevant experience may get higher salary

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)

Salary can be higher for experienced candidates with auto parts knowledge

Working Hours: [10:30 am to 06:30 pm]
