Job Description
As a unique design professional with a keen interest in UI designing, you will be entrusted with becoming the guardian of our D2C eCommerce platform's brand identity at every user interaction point. Your role will require strategic thinking, analysis of user behavior, an in-depth understanding of consumer psychology, and a refined sense of aesthetics to meet the key requirements.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design, aesthetics, and UI of our eCommerce platform encompassing both the website and mobile app.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of design across all landing pages and consumer touchpoints on the website and app.
- Act as a brand guardian for the platform's visual representations at consumer touchpoints, maintaining brand ethos.
- Lead the creation of high-converting landing pages by collaborating effectively, providing creative direction, and optimizing performance.
- Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance the website's overall conversion rates and individual landing page performance.
- Design and develop landing pages for new product launches using plug-and-play landing page builders on our Shopify store.
- Innovate user-experience journey designs within the current app and plugin limitations for testing and optimization purposes.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI and/or branding design.
- Hold a Master's degree from renowned design institutes like NID, NIFT, IITs, or Sristi School of Design.
- Proficiency in the English language with the ability to translate copy into design effectively.
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach towards challenges and hard work.
- Demonstrate reliability as a team player with a strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.
