We're looking for an experienced, results-driven
Account Manager
to join our Sales team and manage the
Alberta and British Columbia territory

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
- Building new business through strategic prospecting and networking
- Developing relationships with manufacturers and industrial organizations
- Managing an established customer portfolio while expanding existing accounts
- Conducting customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Identifying opportunities across multiple industries
- Collaborating with Customer Service, Production, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Managing your pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Preparing quotations and following opportunities through to completion
- Representing TC Transcontinental as a trusted business partner throughout your territory

✔ Have experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, construction, transportation, or related sectors.

✔ Can manage your own schedule and territory with minimal supervision.
✔ Are comfortable travelling throughout Alberta and British Columbia.
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience (10+ years is considered a strong asset)
- Demonstrated success generating new business
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, OEM, fleet, construction, transportation, or related industries
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel extensively throughout your territory
