The Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day business operations. This varied, hands-on role sits at the heart of our operations, supporting warehouse management, logistics, repairs, equipment preparation, and customer service activities.
In this role, you will play a key part in the success of Care Wise, a medical technology brand within the LabLogic Group that manufactures specialist gamma probe systems used in radioguided surgical procedures worldwide. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, repaired, and delivered efficiently, supporting the reliable operation of devices that are used in important clinical applications.
You will also be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing inventory and logistics, supporting repairs, and helping drive operational excellence across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Care Wise Operations & Service Support
- Coordinate Care Wise contracts, renewals, service schedules, customer requests, and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, sales, and service teams to ensure service commitments are delivered.
- Manage repair requests and service tickets from receipt through to successful completion.
- Produce monthly KPI reports covering goods in, goods out, repairs, and other operational performance measures.
Repairs & Technical Support
- Coordinate in-house repairs, ensuring equipment is tested, documented, and returned to customers efficiently.
- Prepare, configure, and maintain computers and related equipment for internal and customer use.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment and accurate inventory of instruments, spare parts, accessories, and consumables.
- Receive deliveries, manage stock levels, and support inventory control activities.
Shipping & Logistics
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including courier bookings, shipping documentation, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Ensure customer orders, repairs, and equipment are dispatched accurately and on time.
Trade Show & Operational Support
- Manage trade show equipment and marketing materials, ensuring they are maintained, stored, and delivered on-time as required.
- Provide general operational, facilities, and administrative assistance to support the smooth running of the business.
Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively across departments, effectively prioritising workload to meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as required.

Requirements
Essential
- Experience in an operations, service coordination, logistics, warehouse, or customer support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience coordinating customer requests, service activities, or operational processes from initiation through to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams, including the UK production team.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and producing reports using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
Desirable
- Experience supporting repairs, troubleshooting, testing, or technical equipment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control processes.
- Experience managing shipments, courier bookings, and logistics activities.
- Experience coordinating service contracts, renewals, or customer service agreements.
- Experience preparing and maintaining computer hardware and related equipment.
- Experience coordinating trade show materials, exhibitions, and marketing assets.
- Experience developing or supporting Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
