Desktop Support cum Networking Engineer (Fresher)

We are looking for a moDvated and enthusiasDc fresher to join our team as a Desktop

Support cum Networking Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for providing basic IT

support, troubleshooDng desktop issues, and assisDng in maintaining network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• Install, configure, and maintain operaDng systems (Windows/Linux) and soQware applicaDons
• Troubleshoot hardware and soQware issues in a Dmely manner
• Assist in network setup, configuraDon, and basic troubleshooDng (LAN/WAN)
• Monitor network performance and report issues
• Support users with email, internet, and connecDvity problems
• Maintain IT inventory and documentaDon
• Coordinate with senior engineers for complex issues

Requirements

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts

Understanding of IP addressing, routers, switches, and LAN setup

Good troubleshooDng and problem-solving skills.
