Director Growth Marketing (B2B SaaS)

Role Overview:

Trademo is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns, manage product launches, and mentor team members in best practices in demand generation and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns such as email, content marketing, and social media.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Create and manage product launch strategies, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices in demand generation and product marketing.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of driving successful demand generation and product marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
