*Position Overview:*

The Executive - Import/Export Documentation will be responsible for preparing and managing all documentation related to import and export operations. This role ensures that all documentation complies with international trade regulations and supports the smooth flow of goods across borders.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Prepare and manage import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Verify and validate documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update documentation records and databases.
• Assist in resolving documentation-related issues and discrepancies.
• Support the logistics team in tracking shipments and coordinating deliveries.
• Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks related to import and export documentation.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on documentation procedures and best practices.

*Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in import/export documentation, preferably in the agricultural commodities or processed foods industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in documentation management software and tools.
• Experience in coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

Pay: ₹25,093.43 - ₹35,947.84 per month
