Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Mass Communication & Ground Reporter to create engaging, real-time content for our YouTube channel. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground reporting, conducting interviews, covering trending topics, and delivering news or informative content in a clear and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground reporting for news, events, and public opinions
• Create engaging video content for YouTube (interviews, vox pop, surveys)
• Research and identify trending topics and local stories
• Script, present, and record videos professionally
• Interact with the public confidently and gather authentic responses
• Collaborate with the video editing team for content production
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and ethical reporting standards
• Upload or assist in publishing content on YouTube and social platforms

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in facing the camera and public interaction
• Basic knowledge of journalism and media ethics
• Good command of Hindi and/or English
• Ability to work in dynamic outdoor environments
• Creativity in storytelling and content creation
• Basic understanding of YouTube content trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Prior experience in reporting, anchoring, or content creation is a plus

Equipment Knowledge (Preferred):

• Basic camera handling (DSLR/Mobile shooting)
• Familiarity with microphones and recording tools
• Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage
