CAB Facility will be provided Only b/w 10pm to 5AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds & itinerary changes
• Provide accurate information on fares, baggage policies & travel guidelines
• Manage bookings via internal tools & CRM systems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution within SLA
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months experience in International Chat / Voice / Travel Process
• Strong written communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Graduate freshers can also apply
