Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused Customer Support Executives to join our team.
This is a work‑from‑home opportunity, open to both freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer support, voice, or non‑voice processes.
- Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Follow defined processes and quality guidelines
- Document interactions and update internal systems regularly
- Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and candidates with minimum 6 months experience are welcome
- Good communication skills (English and/or regional language as required)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems
- Willingness to work in a remote setup
- System & Connectivity Requirements: Candidate must have their own laptop or desktop
- Stable internet connection (minimum required speed as per process)
- Quiet work environment suitable for WFH
