Customer Services Team Leader

As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) in the E-Commerce domain located in Marathahalli, Bangalore, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customer support via voice calls
• Handling queries and issues related to E-Commerce products and services
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
