Job Description
TouchBistro is looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to our People team. What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching across performance, engagement, employee relations, and team effectiveness
- Bring both strategy and execution, from org design and talent planning to hands-on problem solving
- Use people data and insights to guide decisions and influence outcomes
- Simplify and optimize HR processes through automation and continuous improvement
- Coach managers to become stronger, more confident people leaders
- Support and advise on employee relations matters with sound judgment and care
- Partner cross-functionally with all teams across the business to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Contribute to building and evolving policies, programs, and frameworks.
- Stay current on employment legislation and best practices
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP role
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels
- Able to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong judgment in navigating employee relations and complex people situations
- Confidence using data and metrics to tell a story and drive decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust quickly
- High emotional intelligence and a strong employee-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
- CHRP/CHRL (or similar) is an asset
