Our People team plays a critical role in helping teams navigate growth, change, and opportunity - while staying grounded in our values: Accountability, Passion, Collaboration, Innovation, and Respect.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching across performance, engagement, employee relations, and team effectiveness</li> <li>Bring both strategy and execution, from org design and talent planning to hands-on problem solving</li> <li>Use people data and insights to guide decisions and influence outcomes</li> <li>Simplify and optimize HR processes through automation and continuous improvement</li> <li>Coach managers to become stronger, more confident people leaders</li> <li>Support and advise on employee relations matters with sound judgment and care</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with all teams across the business to deliver a seamless employee experience</li> <li>Contribute to building and evolving policies, programs, and frameworks.</li> <li>Stay current on employment legislation and best practices</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in an HRBP role</li> <li>Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field</li> <li>Strong ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels</li> <li>Able to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution</li> <li>Strong judgment in navigating employee relations and complex people situations</li> <li>Confidence using data and metrics to tell a story and drive decisions</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust quickly</li> <li>High emotional intelligence and a strong employee-first mindset</li> <li>Detail-oriented with solid project management skills</li> <li>CHRP/CHRL (or similar) is an asset</li> </ul> <p>If you’re someone who leans in, builds trust quickly, and turns insight into action, we’d love to connect.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>As part of Ontario’s Pay Transparency requirements, TouchBistro is committed to open and equitable compensation practices.
