Job Overview

Totem Resorts is seeking a reliable and personable Guest Transportation Driver to operate a smaller shuttle bus and transport guests throughout the season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working outdoors, and providing excellent guest service in a remote resort setting.

Relocation to Sioux Narrows, Ontario is required for the season.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a passenger shuttle bus
• Conduct daily and weekly cross-border trips between Canada and the United States
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load and unload guest luggage and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests
• Coordinate transportation schedules with reservations and front desk staff
• Complete required driving logs and border documentation
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Assist other departments as needed during downtime

Schedule

• Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexibility required for earlier or later trips based on guest arrivals and departures

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Ontario passenger bus licence (appropriate class for shuttle operation)
• Valid passport with the ability to cross the Canada–U.S. border
• Legally entitled to work in Canada (must be in Canada or hold a valid work permit)
• Physically able to lift and handle guest luggage
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to relocate for the full season

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shuttle, passenger, or commercial driving experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, calm, and safety-focused
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Uniform

• Uniform provided and required while on duty
