Manager, Production Management and Operations

As a Production Manager at TOMMY HILFIGER, your role will involve leading Production Management and Operations in the India region for Tommy Hilfiger Apparel. You will be responsible for managing the production process to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient manufacturing of finished goods to support the Brand direction. Additionally, you will lead teams to execute global supply chain strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution for assigned orders across all business channels of Tommy Hilfiger Apparel
• Coordinate with vendors/factories to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage strategic relationships with vendors and partners
• Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations
• Lead and develop the production management team

Qualifications

Experience

• 10-12 years of supply chain experience with a focus on India in a supervisory position
• Extensive knowledge of raw materials, costing, sourcing, and production strategy
• Access to an extensive network of contacts and relationships

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Garment and Textile with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Superior writing, editing, and public speaking skills
• Experience in developing winning communication
• Ability to manage and mentor associates
• Project management and data analytical skills
