Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indore. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos that highlight Titlli’s products, branding, and storytelling across digital platforms. Daily tasks include organizing and managing video assets, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, audio, subtitles, and basic sound balancing. The role involves applying color grading, incorporating motion graphics, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to produce social media content, promotional videos, and brand films. The Video Editor will also support video shoot planning, maintain consistent visual standards, and optimize content for different formats and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling different formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.
• Ability to perform Video Color Grading to maintain consistent, brand-aligned visual tones and enhance overall video quality.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual elements.
• Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
• Good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and sound syncing.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams on-site.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in product, lifestyle, or brand videos is an advantage.
