We are expanding our global slate and seeking a world-class, sales-driven President, Entertainment & Media to monetize our cross-media pipeline, drive platform greenlights, and turn our IP into dominant global franchises.

The Role

As President, Entertainment & Media, you will own the commercial strategy and P&L for our TV, Film, and cross-media portfolio. This role requires a unique breed of executive: a high-octane commercial closer who is equally fluent in traditional Hollywood dealmaking and modern entertainment technology.

Your primary mandate is to take our rich pipeline of original publishing, gaming, and entertainment IP and transform them into greenlights, commissions, co-productions, and global sales. You will sit strategically above our creative development teams, acting as the ultimate closer with broadcasters, streamers, and international distributors while leveraging our advanced real-time production capabilities to revolutionize how content is pitched, budgeted, and sold.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Sales & Dealmaking: Directly pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals with major broadcast networks, premium cable, SVOD/AVOD platforms, and global digital distributors across North America and key international markets.
• Cross-Media Commercialization: Architect global sales strategies that leverage Titan1Studios’ multi-platform DNA. Turn video game IP into television series and scale publishing properties into interactive, multi-medium franchises.
• Real-Time Pipeline Integration: Partner with our internal technology and gaming teams to capitalize on our real-time production pipelines (e.g., Unreal Engine). Leverage virtual production, virtual scouting, and real-time visualization to pitch concepts to buyers with unmatched visual fidelity and reduced time-to-market.
• Innovative Financing & Rights Management: Secure strategic windowing, international pre-sales, co-productions, and deficit financing. Navigate complex modern rights management, ensuring Titan1Studios retains maximum long-term IP value across all verticals.
• Strategic Packaging: Partner with our internal VP of Content to filter the development pipeline through a hyper-commercial lens. Attach high-value showrunners, talent, directors, or technology partners to ensure our slate is undeniably market-ready.
• P&L & Revenue Optimization: Drive the financial growth of the entertainment division. Maximize revenue through production fees, backend distribution, formatting/syndication, and cross-media licensing.

Who You Are

• The Connected Global Closer: You have deeply baked-in, active relationships with heads of development, commissioning editors, and content buyers across North America, Europe, and global streaming platforms.
• The Tech-Forward Studio Leader: You look beyond traditional filming methods. You understand the profound commercial advantages of real-time production pipelines, ICVFX (In-Camera Visual Effects), and how real-time engine assets reduce downstream VFX costs and accelerate production timelines.
• The Revenue Rainmaker: You have a verifiable track record of closing seven- and eight-figure content sales. You thrive in an environment where your performance incentives are tied directly to your ability to monetize universes and secure greenlights.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of executive-level experience in content sales, media distribution, or studio leadership (e.g., EVP/President at a production studio, agency packaging department, or media network).
• Proven track record of successfully packaging and selling content to top-tier broadcasters and streamers globally.
• Direct experience working alongside or overseeing production models that utilize real-time engines (Unreal Engine/Unity) and virtual production pipelines. You understand how these technology trends impact budgeting, scheduling, and buyer pitches.
• Strong fluency in media financing, cross-platform rights management, and intellectual property licensing.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bridge traditional Hollywood studio models with modern, agile, tech-driven storytelling.
